Fitness trips
I have on numerous occasions traveled with Springtime on their fitness trips. There I lecture and teach. Love these weeks. Even though I’m at work, it’s the best boost. Wonderful people. Participants who smile more and more for each day. Everyone walks between different workouts, sunbath, eat great food and listen to a number of lectures. You have several wonderful excursions during the week to choose from. Personally, the mountain hike in Portugal and Mallorca are two favorites.
I also traveled with Springtime when I ran the NY Marathon in 2013, NY Half Marathon in 2014 and twice the Womans 10k in Central Park, 2014 and 2015. New York is one of my absolute favorite cities in the world. I’m proud that I managed to run a marathon. Something I never thought I would even set as a goal. 10 years ago, I didn’t even like to run, and today it is both a pleasure and adventure.
